Counseling With Integrity, Compassion, and Purpose
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC), providing mental health and substance use counseling to adults and adolescents. I work with individuals seeking support for emotional challenges, substance use concerns, life transitions, and court-involved or mandated treatment.
My approach is rooted in genuineness, empathy, and respect. I do not believe in “fixing” people. Instead, I walk alongside clients as they gain insight, develop skills, and discover healthier ways of relating to themselves, others, and the challenges they face. Therapy is a collaborative process, guided by your goals, your pace, and what matters most to you.
Confidentiality, trust, and ethical practice are foundational to my work. I am committed to providing a safe, professional environment where clients can speak openly, knowing their privacy is respected and protected within legal and ethical standards. Whether services are voluntary or court-ordered, I strive to balance accountability with compassion and clinical integrity.
I serve clients with a wide range of needs, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, stress, behavioral concerns, and legal involvement. My background allows me to provide structured, evidence-based treatment while remaining attentive to the whole person—not just symptoms or circumstances.
My practice is grounded in Christian values such as honesty, humility, grace, and responsibility. Faith integration is always client-directed and incorporated only when desired. For all clients, care remains respectful, professional, and centered on evidence-based therapy.
I believe meaningful change happens through understanding, support, and consistent effort over time. My role is to provide guidance, clarity, and encouragement as you move toward growth, healing, and lasting change.
You are not alone in this process, and change is possible.
